This dynamic project management is what separates 1Leaf from other consultants. 1Leaf provided physical and technical guidance during the execution of these shutdowns, frequently ensuring safety, and hunting for optimization opportunities. These shutdowns were concluded well ahead of the scheduled time, resulting in the original completion timeframe of 10 days, being drastically reduced to 5, due to efficient planning. The actual shutdown was then executed in 3.5 days, through dynamic project management.
