1Leaf has worked on several large shutdowns, where the client required technical and planning expertise. During these shutdowns, 1Leaf supported with the preplanning, the detailed scheduling, technical expertise, risk assessments, and most importantly, on site dynamic project management. This dynamic project management is what separates 1Leaf from other consultants. 1Leaf provided physical and technical guidance during the execution of these shutdowns, frequently ensuring safety, and hunting for optimization opportunities. These shutdowns were concluded well ahead of the scheduled time, resulting in the original completion timeframe of 10 days, being drastically reduced to 5, due to efficient planning. The actual shutdown was then executed in 3.5 days, through dynamic project management.
