Shaldon Naicker
Partner & Director (M.Eng)Shaldon was a key role player in the launch of a new operating model and shift system at his previous company. He has led, both as a senior manager and an executive, the execution of major mine projects. He has also played a major role in the turnaround of one of the country’s largest underground coal mines. As leader of the engineering fraternity, Shaldon orchestrated initiatives to reduce mobile equipment fatalities. Some of these initiatives are now industry standards.

Partner & Director (B.Eng)Peet has a history of successfully leading teams through trying times, and always achieving set goals.
